<From the farmer>
With the desire to bring smiles to people who eat our tea, to ensure the sustainability of the production areas, and to cherish the global environment, the couple moved from southern Thailand to their beloved Wazuka Town in Kyoto, where they grow tea and rice in harmony with nature. They grow their tea without the use of herbicides, pesticides, or chemical fertilizers.
About Us With the desire to care for the smiles of those who eat our tea, the sustainability of our production areas, and the global environment, we moved from southern Thailand to our beloved Wazuka Town in Kyoto, where we are a couple who grow tea and rice. Our representative, Jack (Thongchim Pathomthat), has been involved in various international volunteer activities since the age of 16, working in agriculture, environmental issues, local revitalization, and welfare. He realized that agriculture is a job that affects the natural environment, and wanted to practice sustainable and more productive agriculture. After that, he worked as a coordinator at an NPO, and in horse therapy at a support school, and lived in the forest with the theme of "creating a life of contentment." After that, he encountered tea and rice cultivation in Wazuka Town, Kyoto Prefecture, Japan, and learned tea and rice cultivation, thinking that with tea and rice, he could take on the challenge of delivering the crops he produced directly to customers with his own thoughts. Cultivation methods that do not rely on pesticides or chemical fertilizers take time and effort, but in order to deliver safe tea and rice, he cultivates while communicating with nature, and feels a sense of fulfillment every day as he works.
