First-picked rough Sencha tea

This sencha has a fresh aroma and is relatively low in bitterness, making it easy to drink.

Personally, when I'm feeling unwell, this is the tea I want to drink more than any other green tea.

I think it may be because the homemade fertilizer contains a little bit of salt (usually you don't add salt to the soil).

Because it is green tea, it is rich in vitamin C and catechins that have antibacterial and antiviral properties, making it a tea that you will want to keep on hand for your family.

This is the first green tea of the year, harvested in mid-May. It has the natural sweetness of tea despite its bitterness, and is delicious even when cooled.
