Mr. Yoshida, whose relatives are tea farmers in Wazuka, inherited a tea farm from his relatives in 2019 and has switched to using no pesticides or fertilizers.
The tea fields are on sandy soil and steep slopes, so it seems that the chemical fertilizer components are leaching out faster than expected.I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of tea it will become. I hope you will continue to watch over it with me.

Our shop was the first place where we came into contact with organic tea and experienced its goodness, which led to the creation of tea from a tea plantation that has completely switched from conventional farming to pesticide-free farming!!!

I grew up drinking this roasted green tea every day, made by my mother in the garden using bancha tea from the Yoshida family's tea fields and roasted in the ratios my father decided.
When you're thirsty, drink this tea with your meals, in the morning, afternoon, and before bed; this tea is indispensable in every season, a tea that will fit into your life.
It has low caffeine content so even small children can drink it.
This is our homemade roasted green tea, made from tea grown naturally in the first year of 2020, left to rest for a year, and then roasted in-house.
I don't want to lose this tea, so I continue to farm it.
I had heard that "Hojicha tea tastes better without fertilizer." And just as I had heard, there was no unpleasant taste and it seeped into my body more smoothly than before.
