Honestly, this is my favorite tea.

Japanese black tea was the catalyst for the Yoshida family to switch their tea fields to natural cultivation.

Even before I took over the tea farm, my hobby was making fermented teas, including black tea, by hand-picking and hand-rolling the tea leaves.

As I continued making tea by hand, I realized that tea made from tea trees grown in the mountains without fertilizer tasted better than tea grown in fertilized fields.

The tea fields that I took over have now been grown without pesticides or fertilizers for four years.

This is a Japanese black tea made from the first tea buds of the spring of 2023.
