Three-year-old bancha tea
After three years of growing the tea leaves and experiencing three seasons of spring, summer, autumn and winter, the tough stems are cut off.
Three-year-old bancha tea roasted over a wood fire
Since there are no new buds mixed in, it probably does not contain caffeine (I haven't tested it, but this is the theory).
It's also great to use before going to bed or when you're feeling weak.
Heat it up at night and take a break.
The smell of the wood fire is wonderful and it's more relaxing than drinking hot water.
It has been crushed to a certain extent so that the flavor can be easily brought out in the tea bag.
[Bottles and lids ] Made in Japan, the philosophy of TE=CHA is printed directly on it in gold letters.
