It was made with the intention of growing slowly in line with the natural rhythm of Tsukigase, using the nutrients from the plants spread between the furrows as a source of nutrition. We pursue the unique characteristics of Tsukigase, Nara, where spring comes late and there are large temperature differences. By blending the different soil types of each tea plantation, we have created a simple yet three-dimensional sencha.
