Deep-steamed Sencha / Kitamuraen

It's hard to believe that this is natural farming sencha, in a good way.

Sencha tastes delicious even when you're not careful.

Kitamuraen is based on natural farming methods, and in tea production they mainly use handmade organic fertilizers to bring out the sweetness and flavor of the tea.

Cool the water to about 80℃, wait about a minute, and then brew.
