Sannenbancha is made in an abandoned tea plantation in Wazuka Town, where tea trees have grown to 2-3m over a period of 10 years. The tea trees are then finely chipped and slowly roasted over a wood fire.

This tea has a fragrant wood-fire flavor and natural sweetness, making it very easy to drink.

Because it is a tea made from branches and hard leaves, it contains less caffeine than roasted green tea and contains yang energy, which warms the body.

It is recommended not only for winter, but also for summer in offices where air conditioning is a nuisance, and for people who suffer from coldness.

It is common to boil it for 10 to 20 minutes before drinking, but you can also put it in a teapot, pour over boiling water, and wait for it to brew.

The words "Cha no Ki Cha" on each package are handwritten by my husband.
